DCG was the civil engineer for the approximately 60,000-sf YMCA facility. The design is accessible, efficient, modern, and sustainable. The facility includes two pools, a large NCAA sized gym, overhead track, wellness center, community spaces, a kitchen, early learning center, and a kids zone and teen center. DCG provided site design, survey coordination, permitting, grading, erosion control, utility coordination, water system improvements, and construction oversight.
