Principal Quin Clements has served as the Principal Engineer on multiple Parks District projects including the design of a new 80-acre trailhead parking facility, design of multiple drainage systems to serve sports fields, and design of roadway, parking lot grading/drainage improvements. Quin is currently overseeing engineering services for the development of a new camping facility on a District-owned parcel recently purchased adjacent to the Maxwelton Road facility.
