The project involved converting a 1970s 10,000-sf retail building into Whidbey Telecom’s new Customer Service Center. The scope included seismically retrofitting the unreinforced masonry walls and providing a new entry façade. DCG also provided civil services that turned a poorly graded parking lot into a landscaped one incorporating low-impact development to treat the runoff.
