Treeo is a senior housing brand developed to use standard unit and common area configurations to fit different sites. The building structures contain 140+ units in a three- or four-story configuration constructed of primarily wood framing utilizing steel framing as necessary over the common area. Current project locations include Orem and South Ogden, Utah with more projects scheduled.
