Geer Timber Bulkhead

DCG provided engineering and regulatory compliance support for the replacement of an existing timber bulkhead in Priest Point, Washington. DCG provided a unique design with timber pilings and concrete lagging as the timber pile installation was significantly simpler at this private residence than heavier steel members. The design was permitted at the federal, state, and local levels.
