Coupeville Library Expansion

Client: Sno-Isle Intercounty Rural Library District | Architect: Lewis Architects

The library expansion increased the existing 2,600-sf library to over 5,400-sf; updating the building to a more modern feel and improving the site with a new entry. Civil site design included grading design and drainage modifications that incorporated rain gardens and other low-impact development strategies. Structural design included merging the new expansion with the existing building and roof that were to remain intact.
