A 131 unit mixed-use apartment building in the West Seattle Junction neighborhood. The project consists of ground level commercial space and residential in seven stories with two levels of below grade parking. Construction included five stories of wood construction, four levels of concrete construction, and a loft level of bearing metal stud construction.
