North Rocky Road Bridges

In support of HS-25 traffic loading, these four bridges were designed to replace existing undersized culverts and accommodate 100-year flows while providing capacity for debris passage. The stream beds were designed to provide protection from the high water velocity from the steep mountain gradient. The bridge was designed to be modular and consists of three pre-cast concrete sections: the bridge deck, abutments, and tie back anchors.
