Whidbey Telecom Customer Service Center
The project involved converting a 1970’s 10,000sf retail building into Whidbey Telecom’s new Customer Service Center. The scope included seismically retrofitting the unreinforced masonry walls and providing a new entry façade. DCG also provided civil services that turned a poorly graded parking lot into a landscaped one incorporating Low Impact Development to treat the runoff.North Sound Oral & Facial Surgery
The project included new 4,000sf, 2-story medical office building in downtown Anacortes. The building included a vaulted ceiling lobby, 2nd floor patio and covered walkway framed with exposed lumber.Chad Fisher Construction Office
An 8,600sf combined warehouse and office space, the building is a simple pre-fabricated metal building housing the warehouse and mezzanine combined with a wood framed structure housing the main office. The main entry included features the client wanted to highlight to potential clients and included a pre-cast tilt-up panel and exposed wood beams.Tenant Improvement
