Principal CIVIL Engineer

Danny manages projects for both municipal and private development projects. He provides planning, design, and construction services, and project management/coordination between clients, stakeholders, and reviewing agencies. His experience includes site layout and design; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; project permitting, cost estimation, specification, and bid document preparation; construction management; and inspection for both public and private projects with a focus on water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Many of Danny’s design projects incorporate low-impact development strategies such as bioretention and permeable pavements not just for stormwater mitigation, but to blend the site’s existing features and constraints with the project goals. Danny is proficient in StormShed 2G, a single event stormwater modeling software, as well as continuous stormwater event modeling software such as Western Washington Hydrology Model version 2012 and MGS Flood.
